PAYMENT
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Solo, JCB and Switch. Credit/Debit card payments are processed securely when your order is ready for dispatch. If you prefer you can pay by cheque or postal order.

DELIVERY
All orders are dispatched within 10 days of your order. If you are unsure if your order will arrive in time for a certain date, please check before ordering. All orders are sent out by Royal Mail delivery or a carrier service. We use recycled packaging whenever possible.
Delivery Charges;
Delivery charge of £2.75 relates to UK mainland, including Isle Of Man, Isles of Scilly, Western Isles, Shetland and Northern Ireland.
Overseas Orders;
Please email with your order details and we will gladly quote shipping rates for your area.
RETURNS
We want you to love your Dream Acres purchase. If you are not happy for any reason please let us know within 2 days of arrival and return goods to us, unused and in original packaging for a replacement or refund. Postage and packing charges are not refundable.
VARIATIONS
Please note items often vary from the photographs due to their handmade nature and availability of materials. This makes each item unique and even more special. All sizes and weights are approximate. Exact colour matches to on site images cannot be guaranteed as computer generated images differ.
